The poster and literary contests of the L National Festival of Exaltation of Botillo have been convened
The Department of Culture, Festivals, Tourism and Commerce of the Bembibre City Council has convened the poster and literary contests of the L National Festival of Exaltation of the Botillo, endowed with 500 and 1,000 euros, respectively. Anyone who wants to can participate by sending the work/s until next December 30, in accordance with the corresponding bases.
The council headed by Belén Martín intends to promote artistic and literary creation through these contests, which are also part of the history of the National Festival of Exaltation of the Botillo. In fact, the veteran literary contest was born with the first edition in 1973, while the poster contest has its origins in the early years of the Festival.
In both cases, they maintain the level of prizes that was established in the 2022 edition, when the economic endowment was increased by up to 40% compared to previous years.
