Botillo 2020 / The pincho from Mesón Señorío del Bierzo wins the Pinchos del Botillo Conference
The Botillo pinchos contest continues to bet year after year on quality and originality in the preparation, making it very difficult for the jury to choose the winner, given the great delicacy of the products that are presented. This year 12 establishments have participated in the Pinchos Conference (the Cien Cepas bar was out of the competition for not respecting prices). The winner was the Rey del Bierzo, prepared by the Señorío del Bierzo inn.
