Awarded the restoration and tent installation services to two companies from Bercian
Bembibre City Council has awarded the services of restoration and decoration and installation of tents to the companies from Bercia Hanason Bierzo, S.L. and Carpalia S.L., the only two that submitted bids in the respective lots.
Last October, the City Council put out to tender the two largest services that cannot be performed with their own means, so it is necessary to resort to external professionals.
The installation of tents and ornamentation will be borne by the Bercian company Carpalia, which has submitted an offer worth 29,947.50€ for the placement of the tent that will be located at the entrance to the Manuel Marqués Patarita pavilion.
It will serve to host the Botillo Festival gala and the end of the party after dinner, in accordance with the format adopted by this government team in 2020 and which allowed the number of diners to increase using the two pavilions.
As regards to the catering service, the base budget for the tender was 61,200€ for a maximum of 1,800 diners. The winning company Hanason Bierzo lowered the price per diner by one euro, so that the maximum amount will be 59,400€, and may be less depending on the number of attendees.
The winning company must design the menu, which will consist of starters, a botillo main course with its companions, dessert and coffee, as well as drinks, including El Bierzo wine.
