On March 24, 1992, the constitutive session of the Bembibre Municipal Board of Fiestas took place under the presidency of Inés Fernández. This institution would be in charge, from now on, of the organization of the Festival with the premise of promoting cultural events.

Was formed with a representation of the Municipal Corporation as well as by representatives of various associations and very varied groups of the town of Bembibre. From neighborhood associations, sports clubs, parent associations (then known as APAs) and even union representatives.
