Juan Carlos Suárez-Quiñones y Fernández (León, 1961) is a Spanish jurist and judge. He became Minister of Development and Environment of the Government of Castilla y León in July 2015. He had previously been appointed deputy delegate of the Government in León.

He graduated in Law from the University of León and in 1987 he entered the judicial career. Between the years 2002 and 2012, he was the dean judge of León, until he became Sub delegate of the Government in León on February 10, 2012.

He was mantenedor (chairman) of Bembibre’s National Festival for the Exaltation of Botillo in 2019.
