POSTER CONTEST RULES
“LI FESTIVAL NACIONAL DE EXALTACIÓN DEL BOTILLO”
RULES
1º.- Anyone who wishes to participate may do so.
2º.- The winning participant will receive a prize of 500€.
3º.- Each artist may submit as many entries as he/she considers appropriate, as long as they have not been awarded prizes prior to this year’s edition.
4º – All the posters will be on a solid support, measuring 45 x 65 cm. They must also be presented in digital format (PDF).
5º.- Poster text: LI Festival Nacional de Exaltación del Botillo. Bembibre 03 de febrero de 2024, in addition to the seal of the City Council of Bembibre and the coat of arms of the Junta de Castilla y León and the Diputación Provincial de León.
6º.- Deadline for submission: Until December 22nd, 2023 at 14:00 .
7º.- The final decision of the contest will be made on January 2nd, 2024.
8º.- The works will be presented in escrow format (must be submitted in a large sealed envelope, indicating the title of the poster and a pseudonym. Including in the same envelope, another smaller envelope with the title and pseudonym on the outside, enclosing inside the author’s details (name, address and telephone number).
9º.- Commitments of the winner: The winner of the contest undertakes to make different adaptations from its original design for the following media:
Gala invitation (10×21)
Website (3×2)
Social networks (1640x924px)
At the same time, the winner must deliver the poster in editable format for its adaptation to other possible supports by the organization.
10º.- The works will remain in the custody of the Patronato for 15 days. If they are not uplifted after this period, they will become the property of the Patronato Municipal de Fiestas, as well as the winning work.
11º.- The names of the members of the jury will be announced at the time of issuing the decision, this being unappealable. The contest may be deemed null and void if the jury so determines.
12º – Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13º.- The works will be sent or delivered to the Department of Culture, Tourism and Festivities, Bembibre Town Hall, Plaza Mayor nº 1. 24300 Bembibre (León).
