The lawyer from León José Rodríguez Quirós, was chairman in the XII Bembibre’s Botillo Festival. A young event in which he wanted to take the opportunity to contribute with a different point of view to a festival in which he concluded with a peculiar condemnation to all guests to join the Festival for at least 20 years, 3 months and 3 days.
He was a veteran judge of León who entered the legal career in 1962, whose first assignment was in Potes and, later, in Cistierna, Tarrasa and Trujillo.
A descendant of a family of shepherds from Láncara de Luna, Rodríguez Quirós is a Magistrate of the Social Order of Jurisdiction. He entered this branch of law in Oviedo (Asturias) before moving to León, where he combined this task with his responsibility at the Central Labour Court of Madrid.
