María Josefa García Cirac (Benavente, 14th July 1969) member of the Spanish Popular Party. She was the president of Las Cortes de Castilla y León between 2011 and 2015 and Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Government of Castilla y León in between 2015-2019.

She was mantenedora (chairwoman) of Bembibre’s National Festival for the Exaltation of Botillo in on its XLIV edition when being Minister of Culture and Tourism. The festival always related to the gastronomic promotion of the “King” cold meat-stuffed dish from the Bierzo region, even beyond the autonomous community of Castilla y León.

She was a councillor for Salamanca between 1999 and 2003; she was elected deputy for Salamanca at the autonomous parliament of Castilla y León too; and, after the autonomic elections of 2011, she renewed her seat, as well as she was also named president of Las Cortes de Castilla y León.
